Trial, cancellation, and refund terms for AIVI subscriptions.

New users get a 7-day free trial with full access to AIVI. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will start and your payment method will be charged for the first billing period.
As a good-faith standard, first-time subscribers who are charged after the free trial may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. Email us at info@aivi.life with the subject "Refund Request" and include the email on your AIVI account and the date of the charge.
Refunds for repeat or renewal charges, or for charges older than 14 days, are handled case by case at our discretion.
If you subscribed through the App Store, Apple — not AIVI — processes your payment and handles refunds under Apple's refund policy. We cannot issue a refund on Apple's behalf.
To request a refund from Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find your AIVI purchase, and choose "Request a refund."
To cancel an iOS subscription: open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, choose AIVI, and tap Cancel.
If you subscribed on aivi.life, you can cancel anytime in the app under Settings → Subscription. Refund requests for web subscriptions follow the rules in Section 3 and are processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If something went wrong with a charge, please contact us first at info@aivi.life. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is resolved.
