How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription and tap "Turn off auto-renew" or "Remove card." Your subscription stays active through the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, as long as the service hasn't been used. Refunds are available within 1 day of payment — after that, the plan is considered used and isn't refundable. Send a request to lex-2907@yandex.ru with the subject "Refund request." We'll respond within 10 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.
Is this safe for my health?
AIVI helps you keep a food log and isn't a substitute for medical advice. If you have any health conditions, talk through your plan with a qualified professional first.
What payment methods do you accept?
